This place was disgusting. An overpowering stink of rotten drains pervades the entire apartment. I felt sick throughout my stay. The bathroom has multiple areas of rot. The mat is old and curled on one corner, a random broken bannister sits despondently on the staircase up to the apartment. But it’s the smell that administers knock out blow. Gross. Avoid, or pack your gas mask. Additionally, the entry codes are quite confusingly laid out on their portal. I was struggling to get in, and nobody answered the WhatsApp until the following day.

In terms of the price, it's a suitable accommandation for short-period trip. But problems exist like difficult to check in, noisy room, poor room amenities. At least it's very clean.

Close to everything central, super clean and tidy! If you need to cook, please do bring your own oil and condiments, it’s not provided. Must try the cocktail place next to it called The Coral Room.

The location is convenient, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The British Museum is right outside. Although it's on the roadside, it's quiet and the windows can be opened for fresh air. It's clean and hygienic. The towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels are all new and of good quality. The toiletries are also good, including a hairdryer and iron. The kitchen utensils are adequate. After booking, please be sure to check the hotel email for the room key code. We happened to meet a staff member who sorted things out smoothly. The service was excellent.

The toilet smelled like a hundred people had peed in it at once and hadn't flushed it. The bed looked like it was stolen from a homeless person on the street.

A short ten-minute walk from Piccadilly, self check-in went very smoothly, small, clean studio with everything you need

Good location. Very safe. Close to the British Museum, very close to the subway station, and 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden. The apartment environment is very good, the service is very good and the response is very timely. The stay experience is good. I hope to have the opportunity to go again next time.

First of all, the location is good. It's right next to the British Museum, so you can get there without getting lost. It's easy to get to anywhere, so it's very convenient. If you need anything, the owner or guest services will respond immediately. The room was cleaned properly, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There were new sponges for washing dishes. Of course, there was detergent too. I didn't know how to use the washing machine, but I managed to find it by looking at the washing machine's website. It said that there was detergent, but I didn't know where it was, so I brought my own. The shower was also clean. There were basic amenities. I liked that there were enough towels for the number of people and the number of days we were staying. My family who went with me liked the heated floor in the bathroom. I'd like to use it again if I visit London again.
