Myself, husband, daughter and mum stayed here. We all loved our stay here. The location was perfect, really close to various tube stations, right next to Puddings Lane and a lovely walk to London Bridge and Tower Bridge. We were welcomed really warmly by the lady on reception upon arrival, nothing was too much trouble for her, we asked if our rooms could be together and she kindly accommodated. The reception staff (sorry I don’t remember your names) were so friendly and were so kind to our little girl. I must say this was the first time we had stayed in a premier in hub and we would definitely stay in one again. However because of the kindness of the staff, we would re visit this particular one when next in London instead of trying a different one. The rooms had everything one could need, even a bottle opener on the wall and hairdryer. Baylis and Harding shower gel and shampoo was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and fresh. Loved the black out blinds and controls for the room above the bed. The coffee machine in the reception area we actually preferred to having a kettle in our room. The breakfast whilst small was excellent value for money and had everything we could have wished for and kept being replaced really well when running low. Thanks for a lovely stay from us.
