We have conducted a thorough investigation since your allegation, we did suggest you report this to the authorities as we take these matters seriously if received. Our team members are long standing with us, and have been with us for many years, and such incidents have not occurred with us. Though in any case we still conduct a serious investigation with the team members who entered your room for cleaning, and constant follow up with these members and their managers.
