The hotel is brand new and its location is fantastic, only a 5-minute walk to Chinatown. However, if you're driving, parking isn't very convenient, and taxis can't drop you right at the entrance, which isn't ideal if you have a lot of luggage. The interior decor has a rich 'old money' vibe, with smart toilets and a separate shower (no need to shower in the tub!). The slippers are super comfortable, and they provide amenities like toothbrushes, cotton swabs, and cotton pads, so you don't need to ask for them. Room service is proactive and very friendly. The curtains don't seem to close completely, but it was very quiet.

The hotel is perfect, just a bit pricey. The environment is great, and the staff are very helpful and patient, always offering assistance proactively. The breakfast spread is also very rich. The slippers provided by the hotel are quite luxurious.

This is a fantastic hotel! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. It's located right in Leicester Square, next to Chinatown, making it a great spot for foodies. The bars in the evening are also lovely. I'll definitely be staying here again. Thumbs up! 👍

Perfect location! Right in the heart of Chinatown, Regent Street, Piccadilly, Oxford Circus, and Bond Street – it's an ideal base for shopping and dining. The bathroom was decent, but the room itself was incredibly small, though understandable given the prime location. The front desk, housekeeping, and concierge staff were all very warm and attentive. Plus, the lobby bar offers complimentary daily drinks.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of London, next to Chinatown. You can hop on a bus right outside, and a black cab stand is just 100 meters away. Plus, there are tons of great food options, coffee shops, accessory stores, bubble tea shops, supermarkets, and more – everything you could possibly need! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offer taxi services, Chinese translation devices, and spa services. All the facilities are brand new, and the slippers and towels are super comfy! Truly amazing!

The breakfast was good and it was convenient for catching shows nearby. However, the hotel's proximity to Chinatown made it a bit noisy. The hotel facilities and service were both excellent.

This hotel stay was quite good overall. Everything about the hotel was decent, and the staff were friendly, with warm smiles and polite manners!
