Par où commencer ! Réservation effectuée pour une séjours de 2 nuits ! 9/10 mars 2023 ! Le jours de notre arrivée énormément de soucis de vols et de train ce qui nous fait arriver tard le contact nous signifie qu’on va avoir des frais de 45£ déjà pas très commercial ! J’ai le contact en whatapp je lui indique que nous avons des soucis pour arriver mais que nous arrivons malgré les problèmes de transport ! Une fois arriver à victoria stations je lui indique que nous attendons le uber pour gagner du temps ! En même temps je reçoit une notification que ma réservation et annuler pour (no show) incroyable alors que l’hôtel et au courant que nous somme sur la route sur le points d’arriver ! Le gérant nous fait comprendre que nous allons avoir des frais qui vont s’ajouter ! Une fois malgré tout arriver le gérant nous fait attendre 25 minutes sois là pluie avant son arriver ! Accueil plus que désagréable pas un mots ! Il nous explique qu’il a annuler notre réservation donc il va falloir payer la nuits rembourses plus des frais d’arriver tardive résultât 163£ je soupçonne que cette pratique et fait pour faire payer des frais au clients (malhonnête). De plus chambre petite, bruyante, pas forcément très propre. Hôtel situé au fond d’une petite ruelle digne de films d’horreur. Je déconseille fortement cette établissements Where to start !
