The Tudor Inn Hotel

worst room i have ever been in, the room was dirty and wall paint is all cracked sheets had stains all over and when it was time for my friend to get his room it was not given to him due to him not advising he was going to be there 12 hours later

I was pleasantly surprised. I had read a previous poor review of this hotel (after I had booked) I expected it to be a dump with impolite staff, but, I found it totally the opposite, it was clean and tidy, the room was perfect on the ground floor. The shower was a walk in modern shower with good power and plenty of hot water. Tea and coffee, TV., wardrobe. Booking was easy, I requested a ground floor as my partner is disabled, this was accommodated and there were two low level steps to get in across the threshold.  The reception was in the hotel over the road which was a 5 second walk. They had an iron to borrow and soft drinks available there. The member of staff was polite and seemed happy to see me and accommodate any needs. There was a food taken out service in the room too. This was a 5 minute walk from Victoria coach station and 15 minutes away from Buckingham palace, 25 mins to the Ritz and the top end shopping. Overall excellent value for money. The reviews I read haven’t reflected this hotel at all. It was spot on and actually a good modern room. Thanks

The hotel was very basic we were in a room that didn’t have any brows looked like it was a basement room room was clean a n tidy bed was Semmie vomtsbsle but we only ha 2 pillows would of been better to have too each but the shower was lovely but again only too towels the people very nice even though we had to go across the road to another building but the food sp was quite good I would stay there again if I was in a different room sn not put in the base ment

Not at all clean. The bed had hairs all over it. Room didn't look clean at all. Even thought I only checked in in the night around 8pm,  at sharp 10.30am, at the checkin time the cleaners will be on your door knocking and making sure you check out. They had no decency to wait. Also, the front desk team were very rude.
