The upstairs then downstairs was a bit confusing. A sign might be worthwhile pointing to 107.
And a luggage rack somewhere in the room would be nice. Otherwise excellent!

A nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room with everything required for a good stay. Nice drinks selection, lots of hot water, towels. Decent breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice, clean property with helpful staff. Room had a refrigerator which was great to keep our water and drinks cold. I also enjoyed the touch controls for do not disturb and service. I do wish noise from the room above due to the floorboards could be reduced.

Nice and convenient stay in the city of London. Hotel is near many restaurants and various subway stations that transport you easily and quickly throughout the city. Kind and welcoming staff. Clean rooms.

The hotel was pleasant overall. It was pleasant, clean and compact. The room was small, the bathroom very small (a little difficult for a 6’1 man of average build to move around in). Both were clean. The shower was great - powerful and comfortable. The bed was of average comfort. There was some noise that appeared to come from above and the floorboards creaked a bit. The heating was effective. The staff were polite and generally friendly (especially the night staff). The continental breakfast was great. Overall, I’d stay again and it receives a fairly solid 4 stars.
