Location was good and close to bars and restaurants, room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were helpful and friendly

Excellent hotel find in a convenient location close to Marylebone station and Baker Street. Nicely furnished rooms with good amenities, comfy bed and lovely shower. Really suited us for the short time we were in London. Breakfast looked and smelled great, we unfortunately had to leave very early before it opened. We will be back for another stay soon.

Great location, perfect for one night but the 3 flights of stairs were too much, very cold room would have been nice to look out the window but were filthy . Underfloor heat in bathroom was so hot, no instructions for heating.  Fridge not on and food had to be thrown. Friendly reception.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and cozy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A special thanks to Flezbern for their outstanding service. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the metro station and all the essentials.

Super new and clean, room was small but enough for one person and quite cozy. Perfect location, 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station. Also the staff were extremely nice. I’ll be back next time!

Very nice location The room was totally renovated but it needed to be more clean is areas like the carpet, the wardrobes etc

There is no lift available. If big luggages .. it’s a problem.
