I was traveling alone to London and I am glad to say that my stay at Prime London Hotel was such a pleasant one. Would defo recommend!

Staff was lovely but the room was a bit outdated, the heating was on but overall cold and there is no heating in the bathroom at all - given the really low temperatures right now, that was not very pleasant. I stayed on the top floor and the ceiling in my room was rather very low, I have never been in such a hotel room or room for that matter. I had a comfortable sleep and it was quiet, I just think the hotel needs a renovation

One of the most pleasant hotels in Earl’s Court, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean, fresh and with good ventilation, spacious bathrooms. Will definitely stay again! :)

It was so nice! The room had a smart TV so I could watch a movie to finish my day after coming back. The staff was so friendly and the place was clean. The various items provided in the room were also very helpful. The location was very convenient for public transportation and there were many other accommodations nearby so it felt safe.

We spent a 3 day stay in the hotel the area is really great there are so many things to do the bus the metro are not very far 5 min walk The hotel was clean we were able to get into the room 2 hours before the scheduled time. The staff was very friendly However on the last day the elevator was broken.

For our stay in London the location was very good. The staff was very friendly. We will keep it in mind if we return to London.

As soon as you exit the subway station, you can smell the strong smell of **. Although land is very expensive in London, it is not worth it if it costs more than RMB 500. 

The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range. You can also check your luggage for free. The environment outside the hotel is also good.
