Lovely hotel, great location. Bar food was delicious. Loved the pianist in the evening. I found beds too hard but the rest of the family were fine. The door staff were so helpful and friendly. Would visit again, thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough. Great pianist. And the breakfast was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Very old hotel with a victorian atmosphere. The location is good and the service is okay. But the room is really small, similar to a hotel in Hong Kong.

At first the hotel gave a room, the window was very high, and the outside could not be seen at all. It was seriously inconsistent with the picture. Later, I negotiated with the hotel and complained through Ctrip. It was very good to change a room the next day. Things are fast and efficient. Lost 500 yuan. Let us also feel that Ctrip's service is great overseas.
