My stay at Britannia International Hotel in London was thoroughly disappointing. The hotel fell short in numerous ways, from a lack of essential amenities to the absence of special services for international travelers. Room service left much to be desired, and they even charged extra for it. The rooms were of average quality, with single and double beds significantly smaller than standard sizes. To make matters worse, our room went uncleaned during our 4-night stay, despite them promising to do so on the 3rd day. When we requested room cleaning, no one showed up, and we returned to a messy room at night. Even towels were not provided, and we were told to collect them from the reception ourselves.
Adding to the frustration, Wi-Fi service was not available in the rooms, which is especially astonishing in an international hotel where travelers from all over the world stay. What's even more perplexing is that the Wi-Fi was a paid service, which is entirely unreasonable for an establishment that should cater to the needs of international guests. This overall experience fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.
To summarize, the issues encountered during my stay at Britannia International Hotel in London were:
1. Lack of essential amenities.
2. Absence of special services for international travelers.
3. Subpar room service with additional charges.
4. Rooms with beds much smaller than standard sizes.
5. Failure to clean the room during the promised schedule.
6. Inadequate provision of towels.
7. Paid Wi-Fi service not available in rooms.
These problems collectively contributed to a highly unsatisfactory stay at the hotel.
