It was a decent hotel but the service was pretty bad and the staff don't give a f*** about the guests. Such rude people... Room telephones don't work and you'll only get ignored if you call from your mobile phone directly. Its a good option if you're going to be out roaming all day and use this room just for resting.

It was alright for the price but the rooms smell a bit damp and like sweat. But the view is good. Best for people who'll use the room for sleeping only.

Stayed for a night and got an amazing room! Very spacious and comfortable, im extremely grateful! Definitely will be back! Complete amenities and a great view too! The shower was lovely, fully functional and detachable. I had a massive view, and a double bed. Breakfast was an option but and seemed lovely but I didn’t try it as I was there briefly.

I booked the hotel there I didn’t have any id proof with me so they didn’t tell me in and now they are not giving the refund. The worst hotel I ever booked in my whole life .

Very slow at the reception. No phone charger we could borrow. Some issues with the sink in the bathroom. Not a pleasant stay!

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable throughout my stay. It was already my 2nd time to live here again. Although the staffs can sometimes be moody, but the tubes to jubilee line and Elizabeth line is walkable (within 15 minutes walking distance), overall it’s good and I will recommend people to live here, but take note it will take some distance to reach to central London.

Only stayed one night but everything was good - staff very helpful. Our room was very spacious, although a little dated. Overall excellent value for money and would recommend.
