We were given a basement room, but surprisingly it had a window and natural light! The room was very spacious, like a small suite, and unexpectedly came with both a large and a small bed, enough for three people.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. There was a small issue with my booking through Trip.com, and because of that I was delayed for around 20 minutes. Trip.com handled the issue and gave me coins equal to £25 as compensation, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the hotel reception service. The receptionist was not very welcoming and came across as rude. Instead of allowing me to wait inside while the booking issue was being sorted, I was made to wait outside for a long time. This made me feel uncomfortable and not treated properly as a guest. I understand booking issues can happen, but the hotel staff should communicate politely and handle guests with more care. The customer service at reception definitely needs improvement.

Better than expected! Great location and totally worth the price. The place is clean, the Wi-Fi is good, and the staff are friendly. However, the door lock is difficult to use from the inside, and because there's no deadbolt or inner lock, it's hard to tell if it's securely locked.

The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was smooth and efficient! The room was pretty spacious for a single room and it had all the necessities I needed like an hairdryer, and also travel adapters which is something I did not expect but appreciate a lot! It is also close to Paddington station, approximately about a 5mins walk. Lots of eateries nearby. The hotel is close to the hospital so you can expect a couple of ambulance or police sirens at times. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was that, there wasn’t any ‘do not disturb’ sign that you can indicate. So there wasn’t any way that I could inform the cleaning staff that I did not want my room to be cleaned. But am glad that my valuables didn’t get stolen. The hotel was really great overall and i’ll be sure to book an hotel with them the next time I visit London!

Excellent location and my room looked over the Gardens and Earls Court tube was less than a 10min walk away. The value for money was very good at £39 for one night.Iwas also able to leave luggage having checked out at no extra cost.

The worst hotel I have stayed in my life! There were construction works on the floor where my room was! The construction works lasted till almost 7 pm!! Noise, dirt, and dust! The room is not as advertised! The size is not 12 square metres! It's at less than 8 metres! The curtains didn't cover fully the window, so wake up at 6 am because the sunlight filters through the horrible curtains!

For this price in London, I'm extremely satisfied! The location is great, it's quiet and clean, and the heating works perfectly. This was hands down the best sleep I got on my trip, completely exceeding my expectations!

The room was surprisingly spacious, easily accommodating four people. The bedding and bathroom were quite clean, though the furniture and flooring showed their age a bit. Overall, the interior felt compact but functional. They offer convenient luggage storage before check-in and complimentary storage after check-out, which is a huge plus for travelers. The surrounding area is nice, with a supermarket nearby and the subway station not too far off. Best of all, it offers great value for money.

Great location close to Earlscourt, quiet street, Although the entrance area, lift etc arent presented well, the room is surprisingly spacious, bathroom is lovely, Beds, linen, room are nice n.clean! Everything as it should. No noise Negative bits: Reception is not very friendly, no greetings. Shower pressure is way too low. Hotel doesnt have food service. The lift is too tiny barely fits 2 people No AC but the powerful fan kept us going Bit out dated hotel in general with lots of DIY jobs goinh on. The towels provided are too small. Overall 6/10
