Really enjoyed staying at the Royal Horseguards Hotel at Whitehall🙏☺️Special thanks for the front desk team, especially Hao for assisting us in a room upgrade when we shared we could only stay for one night instead of two ❤️Also caught the military parade for the 80th VE Day due to how close parliament and the Royal Buckingham Palace was! Would love to come back 🎉

Nice location and friendly, it is my first choice of hotel in London.

Unfortunately, I had an accident two days prior to when I was supposed to check in. I tore my ACL and my lateral meniscus plus I have lumbar nerve damage and even though I contacted them the day of the accident, they refused to refund any amount of my stay. I could understand a one or two nights, but I can’t understand all five nights. I am so disappointed because I really wanted to stay at the Royal horse guard hotel in London.

Lovely place and staff we had experience a water leak on our bed from rooms above we called a receptionist and they told us to get changed to another room  there’s was no welcome card in the room or mini cake as we discovered on the new room given there were cakes and welcome card on different person name we had booked dinner to go out and when we got up in the morning we noticed that there weren’t any coffee in the room we had to call reception to bring us some coffee then when we went to check out there wasn’t any friendly apologies but given a 15% discount card for next time booking is a shame but the place was great to experience.

Good hotel, excellent location, near the Thames river. But booked room can't see Thames.

nice location for uber boat and most of the places you can walk stay for 4 days,room was good ,clean,but not very big,it was glad to stay there

Good breakfast with outstanding environment and service The room conditions is bit old . furniture and curtains should be replaced and renewed The location is perfect and near all attractions in London

Excellent hotel in a lovely location. Staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel is an absolute gem.

Bad service charge me £200 for not reason

Hotel room not as grand as appears in photos. The room is quite small and the Wi-Fi connection is not working properly. Breakfast options was limited to english breakfast choices for hot meals and others are pastries. It is walking distance from trafalgar square and very close to embankment station.

It was very good stay i really recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in London
