Our stay at your hotel truly exceeded expectations. From the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk to the delightful surprise upon entering our room – spotless floors, fresh-smelling linens, and new tea bags thoughtfully placed on the small tea table by the window – every detail was incredibly touching. Every day, housekeeping would quietly tidy up our belongings, replenish bottled water and snacks, and even carefully put away my earphones that I'd left on the corner of the desk. These past few days, we've felt as comfortable and at ease as if we were at home. You can feel the thoughtfulness in every aspect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and choose it again for my next visit. The location is absolutely superb – right above the train and subway stations, so you don't have to walk an extra step when heading out. It's incredibly convenient for catching trains or exploring the city. There's an entrance on the first floor that leads directly down to the train and subway stations, which is super handy. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, and if you walk further, you reach Sloan Square. The breakfast was very rich with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were also very enthusiastic. I am very satisfied. During this stay, I also asked Trip.com's customer service to help resolve a minor issue, and their 24-hour service deeply touched my family and me. Thank you.
