I booked this at the last minute as I needed a place to stay near the Victoria Coach Station, and was very surprised. The room was excellent value for the price — clean, modern, thoughtfully-designed, just next to the coach station. Would definitely my top choice for next time!

Nice location, good service but no lift is not so good if you bring big and heavy luggage

The booking was easy to complete. The hotel had great value. The reception staff were welcoming and outstanding. The room was immaculate and clean. No brainer all round - Highly recommend. Thank you Best Western!

The location is great and the service is equally good

The hotel is very close to Victoria Station and the shopping mall. The room has enough space to relax, and the staff is polite and helpful. The staff checked us in early. However, the hotel is close to the station and there is the sound of trains.

Surprisingly clean. The service staff are kind and friendly. Very close to attractions and various transportation stations. I will stay here whenever I come to London.

It's just so-so.
