The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean, and there was a garden where I could breathe fresh air. However, my roommates were a bit noisy at night, which is inevitable when staying in a youth hostel.

Location is very convenient, accessible by bus and underground / overground. Toilets / showers were clean and sufficient.

I couldn’t understand why housekeeping opened the door to my room at 10 AM and left it open for hours, offering me no privacy at all. Every time I closed the door, they opened it again. If you want to ventilate the rooms, consider making the windows more openable instead

This place was well cleaned and maintained good customer service at any time. I will highly recommend this place for any kind of trip. The main thing is there is a separate luggage room to keep our luggage there even before checkin and after checkout which makes most of the Travellers feel free which is highly maintained with security service. Even they have each and every amenities in their common kitchen which you can just buy things what you need after that you can cook and enjoy your meal.

Very good location,bys stop very close, the young man receptionist very nice, room was spacious and kitchen was good for cooking plus beautiful garden to seat. No lift.

Nice place to stay, central location, staff are friendly. However, my bed was cleaned after the first night and the dress I left my bed went missing.

People keeping lights on all night banging doors not acceptable

Convenience and decent for the price

Cleanliness and location, a well-equipped kitchen.

We've booked a 4 bunk bed room. Adequate for oua short stay in London.The location is strategic, close to the tube, straight line to most of the attractions. System is in place, kitchen is well equipped, water pressure is strong, the heating system is good given the cold winter in London. Bunk bed is slightly smaller than single, but the sheets are clean and nice. This was in fact my second time staying here.
