A magnificent stay at the Ritz! The staff were so pleasant and attentive. The breakfast room was incredibly beautiful. The food was fantastic! I especially want to commend Jude. She's a true professional. Thank you for the complimentary glass of champagne every day. Next time, it's only the Ritz for me!

We had a wonderful stay. The room was well maintained, and the service throughout was exceptional. I stayed here on the last day of my first trip abroad. Everything about it was wonderful, and I've decided that I'll definitely stay here on my birthday next year (;;) The room was so nice that I almost didn't want to sleep, and I had a comfortable stay. The afternoon tea was also delicious. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff for your warm welcome. The front desk staff in particular were very kind to me, so I hope to see you again next year. It's an irreplaceable memory, and I'm full of gratitude. I'm looking forward to next year!
