when we checked the distance from London's main attractions the property indicated approximately 3 to 4.5 km. once we arrived and left the structure we realized that the distances were much longer than those indicated by it!!! We spend lots of money to arrive to center

Very bad type of people they got no respect don’t let you in once you arrive and are forcing you to pay the deposit ousting while it’s cold then they are saying to us that if the person on the deposit is not with me we cannot come in right after they secure the deposit thank’s god my husband was with me , I’m a traveler every months and i have never seen this level of disrespect shame on this people please don’t book here if you don’t want problems

Don’t even look at this apartment. It’s a scam. No one there so couldn’t get in. Phoned 3 different numbers for over 2 hrs. Emailed 3 x for over a week prior to arrival. Sent text messages before we got here. No reply to any. Alarm bells did start ringing. A couple neighbours arrived and said they are sick of people trying to gain access to their building and this ‘so called’ apartment. They told us we’re only one of many who this had happened to and there is no apartment to rent. Frantic search for somewhere else. We have a 10year old with us. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

A small and cozy Hotel apartment from.Hyde Park. We wanted to stay in a place that is close to most of the sight seeing places in London. Hyde Park is just 6 mins away and loved walking there and weather was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights and the hotel room is clean and well maintained. Getting the keys with online access is a bit cumbersome I would recommend for a brief stay.

Great location for Paddington station and Elizabeth line. In a nice quiet street. Room on ground floor was large and well equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Room was pretty quiet overall. Very small bathroom though. Too small for me at 6’3”. No switch to turn lights off from the bed. This was in an outer lobby. Checking in process was quite complex and ended up having to phone to gain entry but call was answered very quickly. So no complaints overall. Fairly good value for money for London. Would I stay again? Yes if I had the same room.

I booked this hotel for the beginning on next year, unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to cancel. When I called the staff at the hotel they were very friendly and kind, telling me exactly who to contact regarding my reservation. I was amazed how quickly the team responded to me, after just one or to emails back and forth it was all sorted. They were nice and very efficient. Top customer services. I couldn't be happier. Gaining access to the bldg. was a nightmare using the 'app' which was sent to us too late and did not work smoothly necessitating frantic phone calls to gain access to the bldg. and our room. The so called flat turned out to be a very small narrow room in the basement--dingy and hot and unsuited for 3 people. No air circulation, bars on windows, and the sheets (bed linens) were stained). Shower too small and cramped for any adult, We felt cheated paying so much money for a tiny room in a basement. Stay away from this property and instead try one of the many other small hotels on the same street and nearby. They've got to be better than this was!

We stayed 3 nights as a family. Check in catastrophic no reception, email to retrieve the key in the locker not received… we were able to access our room after 45min Very modest room, but correct and clean. Presence of a small kitchen with very nice bottled water, coffee and cookie kit. The negative points: very soft bedding….. not pleasant and above all no soundproofing!! So not a relaxing night… Good location In short, a little expensive for the service and comfort we will not come back.
