Very small room and bathroom. The bar was empty, gym tiny and not very well equipped. Comfortable bed but small double. Nice area close enough to the underground. Not sure I would stay again for the price.

Room is a bit small but overall experience was good. Location is superb with South Kensington station within 5 mins walk.

Great location. Nice and quiet room, spacious and comfy. Good brekki and easy parking which is free on street sat after 1:30pm and all day Sunday. The bar had a nice vibe

Located in south Kensington and the circumstance is sooo nice, white architecture with excellent greenery. The room is clean and comfortable. You can also have some featured restaurants near the hotel. Actually I left my cloth in the closet of the hotel and I found that when I went back home. So I contacted the hotel butler of the Xiecheng. And he helped me a lot that the reception manager would post the cloth to me. I’m satisfied with the service

The service is pretty good, English buffet breakfast, 5-10 minutes walk from the subway station, there are a lot of places to eat around, and the environment is good. I will come back next time.
