Room was disgusting, had not be cleaned from previous guest, bin had rubbish in and dirty towel on floor. Floors were covered in hair and dirt and windows and furniture thick in dust. Furthermore since leaving I have now discovered that I have been bitten pretty much everywhere by bedbugs which is vile Room advertised as 'Sound proofed' this is not true, very noisy from stairs and room nearby extractor fan was seriously noisy. Room also advertised desk, this did not exist

The location is great only a few minutes walk from Earl’s Court station with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I wasn’t expecting much given the price but the hotel and rooms are run down, need refurbishing although to be fair they are fairly clean. It did the job for one night, when exploring London all we wanted was a bed and a shower but next time I think I would rather pay a bit extra and stay somewhere that is more looked after and less run down.

The room and bathroom was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The smell of sewage hit me and my partner as soon as we opened the door - it was disgusting and we couldn't sleep properly. We didn't even feel comfortable using the shower. The location was good as close to the tube station, but we were extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is definitely worth the money. I've stayed here four times already, and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean and not very big—but that's perfect for me since I just need a place to sleep and shower after long days exploring London. Some rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but nothing major or deal-breaking. The location is absolutely ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to Earl's Court Station, with plenty of places to eat and a few grocery shops nearby. Early or late check-in has never been a problem either, just send the property a message, and they’re always happy to accommodate. I keep coming back because the price, location, and cleanliness make it the perfect choice for me.

Good: Clean, Nice Water, Standard hotel room with bed and bathroom, Included coffee essentials, not too far to grab food Bad: You can hear water running, walls are very thin so can hear from other rooms, bed was slightly uncomfortable, the what I assume was a waiting room was just a small room with chairs and a table, had a strange vibe to it when entering. (We stayed in the bottom floor so this may not account to other rooms)

The only good thing about this hotel is it wasn’t that far from Earls Court underground. The reception is a cupboard under the stairs. To get to my room I had to go out into the back garden, down some stairs outside to my bedroom door. Very little room, just enough room for the bed and the door to open. I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

My stay at Paramount was okay, especially because it was really cost-effective compared to other hotels in London. Although it was a bit of a hassle for me to get to central London or Victoria Station, which added extra Taxi or Uber charges, there’s no doubt the room was lovely. It had a good street view, and I slept well since the place was quiet. However, there were a few things I found disturbing. I would recommend assigning the nearest room possible to someone with a lot of luggage. I had almost three bags, and when I asked at the reception if I could leave them somewhere safe on the ground floor, as I was given a room on the third floor, the receptionist showed me a place but added that leaving them there was at my own risk. So, I had to take them up to the third floor on my own. If the hotel doesn't want to take responsibility for guests' luggage, why assign rooms on the third floor? I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great in this regard. They really need to address this issue, especially since I mentioned it to her. Thankfully, I was only staying for one night.
