Nice clean room with kitchenette BUT.... room 44, top floor, no hot water, tv broke ( top half of the screen all black) needs a bit of TLC

We found a room here last minute as our previous booking got cancelled and we are so happy that happened! The hotel is a few minutes walk from Baker Street tube station. Check in was easy and we were asked if the top floor was ok for us as there is no lift. It was fine for us so we had room 42. Large room with a double bed (mattress was a little hard for me), table and chairs, kitchenette and a decent size bathroom with bath and I think there was a shower over the bath. Towels provided too. There is no food/drink at this hotel, but there are lots of options nearby. For the price we paid, I would 100% stay here again. The location is 10/10.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well situated in high end Marylebone area with cute restaurants and shops, 6 minute walk to bond station or Oxford street. The breakfast was great, lovely room, very nice gym. The bathroom was tiny as was the shower so a bit of manoeuvring, and definitely not enough room for two people in the space at the same time.

Absolutely great customer service by Honor. We were up super early to head to Paris & wanted/needed coffee but the cafe was still closed. Honor saw the desperation & went above & beyond by offering to make us lattes!! It was not expected but definitely appreciated!! Thank you so much Honor!!!

This hotel is extremely comfortable, clean and close to all amenities. I would like to say that the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. The gentleman at reception, called Mazhar, was warm and welcoming. He helped me with road maps, getting a taxi etc.. I offered him a tip in gratitude but he politely refused, saying that it was all part of the service. Thank you from an exhausted traveller.

Thank you Daniel/Anna and the rest of the staff. Such a helpful bunch, they are very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and definitely value for money. I would always choose this hotel when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marylebone Inn on 23th August. Daniel and his staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble, plus my room was upgraded to a huge luxurious pad which was amazing. Would highly recommend

I was on my own with a little dog and had room **. The check in and staff, the room and the location were all excellent thank you very much. I have suggested it to my friends who live locally for when they don’t want to put family up. I hope to return. I live in London but needed somewhere for Marylebone Town Hall for a wedding for 2 nights. I can recommend. Bang on price for the area and level. Quality fixtures and fittings. Very clean.

Pleasant chatty host, a nice welcome Room was surprisingly big, and very quiet all through the night. We were on the top floor, lots of stairs and no lift but not an issue for us Very clean It was very hot (in general) and only looked in the wardrobe in the morning to find the fan 🤦🏽‍♀️ Really nothing to complain about

Great little hotel when attending BST Hyde Park, would highly recommend. Lovely clean room with little kitchenette with fridge and microwave if needed. Handy for many attractions and only 20 minute walk from Hyde Park so avoided all queues for tube.

Booked this hotel in October 22 for a stay in July 23. The hotel abruptly cancelled our stay 4 days before we were due to arrive, notifying us by email. In the emails they blamed 'a flood in the bathroom' its surely a coincidence that 2 Bruce Springstein gigs, a Billy Joel concert and Wimbledon were all going on at that time isnt it? Calls by myself to clarify this went unanswered, we were not offered any substitute accommodation or even a meaningful apology. Why cancel my room that had been booked for 9 months and not a more recent booking if the circumstances were genuine? I'm convinced they cancelled us because they could then charge much more for the room.....of course I have no proof of this. Anyway judging by some of the other reviews I've probably dodged a bullet.

We arrived early, and the lovely lady who met us was able to get us all checked in to give us our room which was amazing. Absolutely spotlessly clean, large room, comfy bed and large private shower. 3 minute walk to Baker Street tube station and lots of lovely bars and places to eat nearby. Fantastic stay we will not stay anywhere else in London now we have found this little gem. Thank you

Several issues prevent me from giving a higher review! Firstly we were locked out of our accomodation late at night as the key card did not work. Next the night manager was non contactable and proceeded to be incredibly rude. Thirdly the hotel was chaotically loud and to top, the room was dirty! Hair in the sink, hair in the bed, floor was dirty!

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 days while touring London. It’s a great location being only one block from the Baker Street tube. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Danny, the owner was very nice as well. He gave us his phone charger to borrow during our stay when he didn’t think our adapter was good and he walked us to his favorite pub, stopping to show my daughter where she could get 1/2 price sushi at 7pm every day. Haha! Our room was clean and just what we needed. I’d definitely stay here again in the future.
