Kings Cross Inn Hotel Reviews

Room was small and dated but served its purpose. The floor was laminate and peeling and there really wasn’t much room. Was charged $35 for early check in- but my 20 L note was no good- so he did take 15L which means it wasn’t a policy- and o think he pocketed the money? Hallways are VERY narrow and hard to navigate with large suitcases. Location was great but $400 Cdn for one night - I should Call the cops- I felt robbed.

Good place, great deal for 4 nights. Nothing fancy but all we needed for resting every evening. Basic amenities provided. WiFi weak or non-existent in parts of room but otherwise all fine. Able to leave luggage for a few hours which helped.

The Hotel was very bad and old. Although the room was moderately clean, but I didn’t like the room. There was no warm water in the shower as most of the time it was cold water. The most terrible thing was I wanted to make a room change because I didn’t like the room, but all the staffs were not cooperative and friendly. They didn’t want to allow the change of rooms. They said if I wanted to change my room, I have to checkout the next day before 11am and check in at 2pm if I want to make a room change and that is absurd! The staffs were all quite rude, but the location is very good as it’s just opposite of king cross station, but I would not recommend people to live here if you are here on a vacation. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Great place to stay,convenient location for everything like transportation and all. Great service, great room service. I have fully enjoyed my stays. Once again thanks to housekeeping team for great room service.

Good location and price. The hotel is old but room is very clean. The Underground and train stations are just across the road. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Museum and it's easy to get to Cambridge

Hotel was good. Service on entry was average. Could have been more friendly and interactive. Room was adequate. We had a double room but it had two single beds pushed together. Wasn’t an issue, but a double bed would have been nice.  Shower and amenities were good. Cleanliness was good. Location was great. Right across the road from Kings Cross St Pancras.

Location is very good but it might be a little loud at night around the train station. This is why they have double glass window at the hotel and i can say it works. Total cleanness and staff attitude was good. Great value for the price. They also helped us with our luggage before and after the stay

Great location. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was delicious.

Not bad. The receptionist is really kind. The location is pretty close to the train, underground, and bus stations. The only thing that did not reach my expectation is that the room was smaller and older than I thought before coming here. And there was a weird smell inside the room. And I also met the water problem one time but luckily the receptionist helped me fix it .

I have booked two nights, the first night was terrible because the air conditioning was not working until the next day they changed the room. The best thing is the location in front king cross station

It was good 👍. Great location. Lots of variety restaurants and fast nears.

We have a room with king cross station view, really awesome. And the staff are nice and friendly

Lovely big room with a double bed and single bed right next door to burger king , mcdonalds , across the road from King's Cross train station , and very central to tube and london euston train station, Walk in shower , plenty of towels , toiletries shower gel, shampoo, tv , hairdryer , reception was manned 24 hours , and the hotel was clean but the window is on one won't lock so could be quite noisy as could hear outside noise , ask for a room not facing main road, check out is 11am They have a luggage storage to leave your luggage if arrive early or planning of making the most of the day on departure free of charge , Reception had a notice saying they could arrange taxi service for you or hop on or hop off bus tickets , Late check is until 2pm and early check in is 11am didn't use as very pricey £30 for early or a late check out , Bed was comfy , room was warm , key card keys , No bar in hotel or dinner available but plenty of bars and restaurants in the area Loads of offers on at local resturant for lunch or dinner , I found the room very reasonable priced £49 think I paid , plus gain points for booking the room and points for writing a review ,

Clean and tidy in the room. No kettle present in the room. The floor was damaged, in the room and very dusty, stairs were tight when going downstairs with a suitcase. Reception staff aren't particularly friendly. It's ok for a night but I wouldn't recommend staying here for much longer than that. One bonus is the room did have aircon.
