False advertisement from the get go, unprofessional and dirty. Not a welcome entrance upon arrival, wasn’t given a room key until later on. It’s more like a hostel; other guests were walking around bare foot, people were smoking cigarettes on multiple floors and lounging around half naked with their room doors open. Our toilet brush was covered in somebody else’s poo and you only get one pillow to sleep with and only one light in our room worked. There’s multiple signs up in the bathroom about getting clean towels so we left them in the bath to get fresh ones like it told up, only to then not receive any. We then went to reception where the person on reception apparently didn’t actually work there, he then took us through to get a ‘clean towel’ we’re laundry was piled up on an office chair and he then proceeded to pass us a towel off the floor which was apparently clean? The doors barely work, it’s dark…. Outside our room window on some sort of roof attached was entonox canisters and cigarette butts so people clearly come here and get up to all sorts. Would never stay here again and wish I’d given my money to people who are welcoming and appreciative of our custom.

False advertisement. It looks like nothing like the photo they have listed themselves in person, and doesn’t match their description. It’s dirty, dingy and most definitely not family friendly like they state. Key things to note: There are NO lifts, this can be extremely difficult with those with children or lots of luggage. The rooms are UNBEARABLY HOT, they’re literally like walk-in boilers. Even in 30 degree heat, it is cooler and fresher outside than inside. It is disgusting. There are only SHARED bathrooms, and most people have no decency to keep these clean. I have seen the remains of blood from someone’s period left in the toilet bowl and blood on the floor. The food served here is an absolute joke, you get scraps for breakfast, lunch are sandwiches that not even a toddler would enjoy because of how crappy their made, literally tuna mayo fillings all the time. Dinner is somewhat acceptable depending on whether the staff are feeling lazy or not (usually pasta or rice and curry). The carpets, staircases and room are stained and just dirty period. Towels sometimes have a horrible smell to them and also have stains left behind. Staff are a bit weird. I have nothing positive to say about this place. Please avoid.
