Would not recommend. Definitely not a 4 star accomodation, maybe a 2 star max. 1 of the lift wasn't working. The place is like a labyrinth with additional stairs on each level which makes it very difficult to navigate for people with disabilities or with luggages. Communication and attitude from staff were HORRENDOUS. Rooms were old looking and even had a weird tilt to it. Some rooms have aircon if you're lucky but some rooms don't even have a fan. So if you're going during summertime, good luck.

My stay here was not a good experience due to many issues regarding the room. Firstly, the kettle was faulty when used; it wouldn't stop boiling until switched off from the mains and for that reason I nearly burnt my hand because the handle went extremely hot! The sofa bed was rock hard and so uncomfortable, instead of having a comfortable night sleep all I did was toss and turn. The dining table was unstable and the chairs were also very poor quality. The fridge door wouldn't even open fully because it was catching on the oven door. There was a draught coming from both windows and a vent pipe was fixed to one of the window which was blocking the heater; potentially a fire hazard. Not worth the money at all! Would not recommend or come back here again!

Good location. Metro stations are close by which makes travelling to other areas convenient. There are also couple of nice restaurants and convenient shops.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is excellent—just a 6-minute walk to the train station—in a very quiet and safe area. The room was very clean, and the bed was large. I would definitely come back again.
