The room was fine but the buffet had absolutely no vegan or veg options. I had to ask for vegan sausages which were just vegetable cutlets.

Stayed here as had a show at the O2, had a little bit of trouble getting the right underground station but once arrived the check-in/out was explained, told where breakfast would be and the times.
The room was spacious with a lovely wetroom bathroom, comfy bed although the view wasn't great for the room given, but didn't matter to much.
As it is close to city airport we got the chance to see flights depart and arrive.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short walk from two London Underground stations, making it easy to get around the city.

Everything was perfect. We were told to leave this table by the incredibly impolite breakfast staff after you had been seated for more than forty-five minutes eating. How absurd the restaurant employees are.. I am really impressed been told

Really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint would be that they don’t do any other food apart from breakfast unlike the other hotels alongside them.

The room is generally clean and the breakfast is good.
However, travellers shall be careful of the on-site parking. When I checked-in in the hotel, I registered my car and paid the parking fee. A few days later, I received my penalty charge notice and it wasted my time in making the appeal (result not known yet). Customers are reminded to keep good payment record for the parking.
