Had room booked since March 22, arrived Sat 25th June, approx 14.30hrs. Couldn't actually find apartments so called them. Was told that there had been 'a leak' earlier and our room was not available. What a bizarre coincidence. Said they'd tried calling us earlier that day to inform us. They had not, we had no missed calls. We were going to the Hyde Park concert that afternoon/evening which coincided with a National train and tube strike - so you can imagine the shortage of rooms in London generally, never mind so close to Hyde Park. We were left stranded with nowhere to stay and nowhere to book at such short notice/availability. All we can say is that it was a good job we couldn't physically find the place as one of us may have spent the night in police custody. Certainly not trying to put anyone off.....please make up your own mind(s). Good luck.
