Radisson Blu Hotel, London Euston Square (formerly Grafton) Reviews

Would definitely like to stay here again. Came back from a trip to Canada and landed early in the morning. Went to the hotel to leave my bags for the day at 11am - well before check in. Staff offered me my room super early so I was able to sleep which was lovely. I was on an upper floor and in a really nice room with old wooden beams. Very nice and very clean. Great gym too.

All staff from concierge to the room maids were all excellent, very clean hotel and in a prime spot for everything, would definitely use this hotel again

The hotel was well placed for soho, Chinatown,  their land British Museum and galleries.  Only 20 min walk from Kings Cross or a v short tube ride - Warren St station is literally next to hotel.  The hotel itself was lovely, clean and beautifully decorated.  Staff were very helpful and friendly.  Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant environment was delightful.  Beds were comfy and our room was very quiet apart from some inevitable London city noise which was absolutely fine.

A nice up market hotel in a good location however the road is busy with police sirens heard all through the night. The room was nice though the carpet had a lot of stains so looked unclean even though the room itself was well cleaned. The shower screen in the bathroom let water through that needed mopping up after a shower. However the bed was comfortable, the decor of a good standard and all the staff friendly and helpful.

Very cozy environment, close to UCL hospital. a great variety of food nearby. close to metro.

The stay was nice. Clean generally despite tiny hair on bedsheets and pillow.

Great overnight stay in London, excellent location at the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay!

Room looked bigger and better in the site. But overall decent and good service!

The location is fantastic, right beside Warren Street Station. The room was clean but the room was very echoey and the windows can not be locked closed, so during my stay at night time, it was very noisy in the hall way as well as the outside traffic. The windows wont close so wind just kept coming into the room directly onto my face in bed. Great location, very clean but horrible rooms. Bad experience.

I've stayed at the Radisson Blu Grafton Hotel about three times, and their service has never disappointed me. As always, it has a great location, close to everywhere, especially Euston Station. For my next trip, I will definitely consider the Radisson Blu as one of my options!

We are guests whose handbags were stolen in hotel restaurant on June 22nd, we found that there is indeed a big problem with security, anyone can enter at will at the lobby and restaurant entrance. When the theft occurred that day, the thief entered the restaurant without registering and kept changing seats, but the hotel staff did not notice this at all, so the theft occurred. As a 4 star hotel, the security management is really disappointing. After the theft incident, because we still had to live in the house for a while, we were all worried about our safety and whether someone would suddenly break into the room. And the hotel didn't even send us any greetings, which is really disappointing. In fact, this hotel bears a lot of responsibility for this incident, but the hotel failed to provide any care, condolences, and help to customers in a timely manner. Furthermore, we found 2 belts were left in the cloakroom at hotel room and send the email to them for checking, but up to now, the hotel was not given us any reply.
