Got a great deal on this hotel. Choice also has a stay 2 nights, earn a free stay promotion on now! Room was clean,large with fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Covid-19 changes - must wear a mask in lobby, no buffet breakfast but get a bagged breakfast (see picture) Choice Platinum benefits - Reserved area for parking, upgraded room and late checkout, $5 Starbucks card extra

Stayed at this hotel last weekend. we booked a blocked of rooms for a baseball team at a rate of $180.00 a night. 2 players had to cancel due to Covid but when we tried to book one more room at the same rate 6 days before we arrived they said no. We are very busy and the new rate will be $382.85 a night. We did book one room for the friday night at rate of $400.00 so the kids can play hoping we could speak to them in person when we arrived. Peter the Front Desk Manager was a waste of time. The hotel had many rooms left but told us that they were fully booked even though i could book a room on my phone at the front desk. this is the last time our team will be using the Four Points for our baseball games. I suggest all coaches baseball/hockey/basketball etc go to another hotel in London. Furthermore, the room they gave us was in the back of building C looked like a old run down motel that they put a Four Points sticker on.

The hotel is very close to Exit 186 of Highway 401. In a hotel group, there is a lot of space to choose from. 15 minutes drive to the city, the location is not very biased, there is free parking. The room decoration is relatively new, the furniture facilities are better, clean and tidy. The room has a mini kitchen, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils, you can make a decent Chinese meal. A rice cooker can also be served at the front desk to make rice. There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and we wash clothes almost every day, which is very convenient. The room door is not very soundproof but it is quieter to sleep at night. The restaurant has a sun room, very comfortable, a lot of breakfast, you can enjoy a sumptuous, laid-back Western breakfast. The front desk service was very good. I had a 2 hour free check-out due to the late flight. The supervisor was very happy and agreed. We were very happy. There are a lot of shopping malls and restaurants around the hotel, and the gifts we buy for our friends are purchased at nearby stores. The hotel has a large free parking lot, and there are actually 2 charging piles, which are very considerate for the passengers. All in all, this is a very nice hotel. Recommended!

We stayed here for 4 nights in August of 2022. Check-in was good, the room was nice. Big enough and clean. I noticed the bathroom exhaust vent was extremely dirty but not a big deal. First morning I went to make coffee and went for a shower. I came back and there was only about a cup in the pot. I checked and the filter basket was full because it had the wrong coffee pot and the lid didn't touch the button on the bottom of the basket. No big deal. I made it work and went to the front counter to get a different coffee pot. I was told one would be brought to the room but none ever was. Friday night, 1:00 am and it started getting noisy in the hallway, people coming and going loudly, partying across the hall. Finally at 2am I called the front desk and the noise quit 5 minutes later. Until 7am the next morning when the partiers started leaving, loudly. I do require more than 5 hours sleep so this was annoying. Saturday night, 1:00 am I wake up to the sound of a young child running up and down the hallway squealing with delight, 5 minutes later and adult running after the child playfully chasing him yelling too. At 2:00 am it gets really loud, must have been 10 people in the hallway laughing, joking, yelling. I've had enough and open the door and yell at them to stop making noise as some of us are sleeping. The noise quits. 3:00 am, there's a knock on our door. I ignored it but I'm thinking it was somebody from the front desk. When I go to a hotel I expect to be able to sleep reasonably well, maybe a bit of noise but I've never had a room that was this loud. EVER.

And a very special thanks to him and Dulce for finding my wedding gift card that I left on the lobby table. As a team,They figured out who it belonged to through our casual conversation about our heading to a wedding event. Telephoned me to let me know they had found it! So grateful as it contained a large sum of cash! Room was clean, well tended and ready on time. As always, Hampton beds were comfortable and bedding soft and inviting. Great choice on the breakfast bar and good coffee. Thanks for a lovely stay with a good ending.

Nothing early, don't know how to breakfast? Two queen beds, suitable for children! The hotel is located near the city centre and the transportation is very convenient. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but I didn't drive, so I don't know if I have to charge! The parking spaces on the roadside are all charged, self-service payment!

I booked the King bed Ground level room at this property for the Aug long weekend. I selected ground level specifically as I feel claustrophobic in basements especially. When I arrived at the property, the person at front desk was unfriendly. He just asked me for my booking details and gave me the key. When I saw that the room was in the basement and let him know about my claustrophobia, he tried to argue that I selected that room, when my booking specifically mentions ground level room. He agreed to give me a full refund but because it was a long weekend I couldn’t find any other accommodation on such short notice. Not only was the guy unfriendly and unhelpful, he was rude and unaccommodating. I would not return to this property for sure.

Awesome Inn. Cheerful, courteous staff. Made us feel very welcomed. Try their best to accommodate your needs to the very best of their ability. We always stay here when we travel. Most of our travels seem to be for medical appointments. Stressful times. It is so nice to have a quiet, comfortable place to come to. It is the next best thing to coming home.
