The hotel service was excellent. On the day we checked in, we found the fan wasn't working. The staff were very happy to help us resolve the issue, and did so very quickly. Since the room didn't have air conditioning or other ventilation, the fan was crucial. The facilities in the hotel were very clean, which I was mostly happy with. However, the only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure in the shower. When I checked the room after checking in, it seemed a bit weak. I thought it would be usable, but by evening, it was barely a trickle. I hope they can improve this in the future.

The breakfast was delicious, the front desk service was good, and the room was fairly comfortable. The Halloween theme was very well done.

Room smelt damp and cold on arrival. Very noisy hotel. Tv on by other guests until 2 am. Lots of loud banging all through night so very little sleep. Brown liquid in shower from leak on bathroom roof. Reported this to receptionist, no apologies , just will let housekeeping know! Would not stay here again.

Room very neglected, poor lighting with lamps not working, towels in the bathroom. Issue with breakfast so left without having any.

​The check-in was a pleasure. Kristen was phenomenal, very helpful and professional. Well done :) ​The hotel was really nice. The only low point was that the room was quite cold. The heating system didn't start till later. When we arrived, the room was cold. But, taking this aside, the stay was amazing.
