The desk attendant was very nice and helpful . Property seemed nice and newer . No microwave in the room , had to go to the lobby . Ice machines on all 5 floors , none worked , had to go to the lobby . Body wash in the shower container was empty . Had to ask for new set of sheets because ours did not appear clean and when they brought them , they did not bring pillow cases .

******* said pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub was closed for winter. Please provide correct information at the time of booking and pool and hot tub was the main factor for us. We did not have good experience. We will rather book directly after checking with the hotel.

It was an excellent experience staying here. Front-desk people are friendly and helpful. Hot coffee all the time was a surprising factor. Good continental breakfast.

Good business hotel. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Two things to improve - paint was peeling on my shower ceiling and the hair dryer didn't actually dry hair. But no crisis, would return.

The staff is friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Like most hotels I have stayed at the fan on the air conditioner and heater unit was too loud for sleeping.

The hotel is lovely. Room was large and comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport as well as shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.
