Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend spending the night here

Although I was mentally prepared, I still didn't expect it to be so bad. The environment was poor, the hygiene was poor, there was a strange smell in the corridor, the facilities were old, but I was mentally prepared. The staff on the ship were lazy and had no sense of service. There was an additional parking fee of US$30/ God, in short, just don’t go. Don’t go. I’d rather book a hotel nearby and spend an hour visiting. Really, one hour is enough. Don’t stay on the boat.

We stayed here before our family cruise and it was the perfect location for convenient access. I love history so the nostalgia of the Queen Mary was icing on the cake. The property is older, but that is part of the charm of staying on a nearly 100-year-old ship converted into a museum and hotel. The only real issue we had was the electrical sockets in the room wouldn't keep a plug, it would just fall right out of the wall. We rigged it to work but it was a challenge. If i cruise out of Long Beach again, i would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here at Queen Mary, due to going on Carnival cruise next day. Took my Aunt with me, just see her enjoying the ship was totally worth it. Perfect for anyone, ship is very walkable to anything want to see. Definitely recommend this place to explore old history or accommodation to stay before or after their Carnival cruise.

The stay was fine, but when I saw my receipt I realized that I had been charged different prices for different days. I also see that you guys booked me for 3x the rate the hotel was going for on several different sites. You are a scam. I have been using you guys for years, but this is my last stay through you.

We loved our stay at the Queen Mary. The staff was friendly and helpful and the ship was gorgeous! I love the old feel and it was fun walkong around and exploring the different decks. Also right across the parking lot from the long beach cruise terminal. Win win.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything about the stay immerses you in history and the staff is top notch. Definitely check out the tours and if you’re staying before cruising out with Carnival, it couldn’t be more convenient than walking across the parking lot and boarding the ship. We would absolutely stay again!

Very convenient to our terminal walked across parking lot to board Carnival Panorama and night before to catch free shuttle to Shoreline Village!
