Wave Resort

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I loved that the hotel is 21+, which creates a peaceful, upscale, and relaxing atmosphere. The room was beautiful, clean, and stylish, with two very comfortable beds and an open porch overlooking the beach. Sitting on the bed and watching the waves was amazing, and at night the sound of the ocean put me to sleep so comfortably. Great coffee in the room, excellent bath products, a nice bar, and a perfect location next to Salt Restaurant. I truly felt relaxed, well taken care of, and refreshed. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great location and room was spacious. Need to leave hotel for meals because on-site dining options aren't open Friday and Saturday. Staff weren't very helpful with suggestions and not very friendly. Spa wasn't able to accommodate our appointment request for three (called two months in advance).

They didn’t have a room for me because they said I wasn’t welcome and that ******* would reimburse me for my stay

Everything was amazing. the only comment that i have is that the floors in the room is tile and it is very cold the tile

The hotel seems understaffed. We arrived late evening and there was no one at the front desk or bell stand. We had to wait about 5 minutes to find someone on staff to ask them to find the front desk person. The room was a little quirky due to the design of the hotel looking like a wave making the room shape oddly laid out. Our coffee maker did not work and the room as well.

Love the location and the hotel. But the resort fees and valet parking in the off season is a bit much!

My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities.

Magen greeted us at check in and was amazing. She upgraded our room and was so kind. The next day we got complimentary late checkout and were able to borrow bikes from the hotel to ride on the boardwalk. Rooms were stunning and clean. It was at least our third time staying here.

Clean room and spacious room. It was just cold do the weather and them having trouble with heating which they made us aware and provided a space heater.
