Location accessible, but very noisy at night because of burger king, Starbucks, Asda and petrol station. Disabled room was a very long walk along 3 corridors. Beds were saggy and there was a smell of urine. Nights were very noisy with glass bottles being moved, and heavy lorry and machinery outside at around 2 am and 5 am. As soon as you entered premises, and in room, there was a very strong smell. Kept windows open, but smell didn't dissipate. Staff friendly. Remote for TV didn't work. Replacement partly worked - once switched off, you couldn't switch it on again. Room didn't have towels. Staff accommodating and have towels on asking, but they weren't filled and we're heavily creased. There was tape stuck to table and bits of black fluff.

Location accessible but lots of noise in room due to traffic going to Asda, Starbucks and Burgerking. Atmosphere- bad smell as soon as you entered. Smelly room as well. Opened windows but did not get rid of smell. Room did not have towels. Downpipe in bathroom was leaking and puddle of water under sink. Bath stool feet in shower were dirty. Carpet dirty throughout room and also corridors. Could not get good nights sleep due to constant traffic inc. non and delivery Lorriies very early in morning. Value was fairly good.

Really close to local wedding venue so it worked perfectly for us. Suzanne on front desk was brilliant, really helpful and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable but fairly tired/dated, however for a hotel at a service station we were pleasantly surprised at less than £70 for the night.

The ladies on the front desk, especially suzan were super helpful in getting us checked in early, very polite and made a stressful day an unstressful stay, thanks ladies.

Anisah was absolutely incredible!!!! She was super super accommodating and very approachable !!! If I felt I needed anything I felt I could ask for help ☺️ the rooms were well cleaned and myself and my daughter have been looked after well! If we needed anything like new sheets and quick hoover around the staff were there to help☺️ I’d recommend to many ✅

Room was not clean , cobwebs in many places. View to the wood was ruined by dirty eves from the roof , see photos. There was however a superficial robot cleaner that whirred around on the hall floors picking up tiny specks of dust off the floor. The hall floors were not very clean and nor was our room floor see photo. We didn't see anyone with a mop and bucket cleaning floors during the booking of five nights. We did see dear at the back though see photo. There is an Asda express nearby , Starbucks and burger king.

We had a decent stay at the Travelodge Thame, but there were niggly things that could be improved. The room was surface clean but on closer inspection there was dust, cobwebs and a stray bottle top under the desk. The bathroom had an unpleasent smell and the watered down handsoap sprayed everywhere when you pressed down the dispenser. There was of course no hairdryer, and there was no seat in front of the desk and mirror to sit on to do hair and make-up. Travelodge do not provide bath mats and so you end up using the only hand towel that they give you to stand on when getting out of the shower! The room was very hot but there was a fan provided which helped a bit. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived early at the hotel and Anisah went out of her way to accommodate us, wonderful service and would recommend

Seeing friends in the area so booked last minute- very reasonable and easy to get to. Team I saw were lovely, as they always are when I stay!

Have been using this hotel for quite a while now, often only one night stays, but always a warm and friendly welcome, nothing too much to ask if you need help. I have had the pleasure to be welcomed on several occasions by Faiza on reception, who always makes me feel welcome, Easy to book online and I like the choice of room selection for a minimal fee, Comfy rooms, clean spacious and never had a bad night's sleep, Highly recommend

Attended a friends wedding, stayed at Thame and I can't praise the Manager enough for being helpful sorting out our rooms made sure me and my family had rooms close to each other, no question was too much for her. Thank you 😊

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff and quiet location. There’s an enclosed service station next to the hotel which is very convenient.
