Updated Long Island Maine Cottage

Chaz was very helpful answering questions promptly prior to arrival. The house was great to stay in, plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice grill outside. Bathroom well supplied with towels and washer dryer helped a lot! Living room was comfortable and internet worked well. Ceiling fans in all the rooms made for a comfortable sleep, and heat pump downstairs kept the house cool. Yard was clean and tidy, we used the golf cart which was helpful to get around the island. Beaches are close and overall was a great place to be.

Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet, cozy, updated house! We really enjoyed our stay at Chaz' Long Island house. It is open and airy and maintains its 100 year old charm even as it's been updated. It sits in a great, grassy yard with plenty of bright light and has a terrific, large deck on the front. The golf cart ride to all beaches is short and lovely!
