There is no real 5-star hotel in Longgang. It's very strange that with so many bosses and so many people on business trips in the morning, why can't they build one or two higher-quality hotels! Chengda is already the best in Longgang, although there are many problems. 1. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, not characteristic and not rich enough 2. The room is ordinary, and the view from the high-rise window is not bad. 3. The swimming pool is terrible. Not to mention the number of people. The water is shallow (not full). It is estimated that in order to save costs, the water is not very clean. The whole swimming pool feels very worn out, and there are no towels provided! Moreover, the opening time is actually from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm. For those who like to get up early to swim, this hotel swimming pool is very tasteless! 4. I finally know why Longgang costs 400 yuan for the whole season. This is a big one. I really don’t recommend it! !

The breakfast is okay, but there are a lot of people. After all, the hotel has been maintained for more than ten years, but it is still the best in Longgang, although it still feels like it can be renovated.

破舊不堪，不配5星

房間電視是壞了，關鍵是跟總枱反應了以後竟然説沒辦法，房間沙發也是壞的，根本坐不了。

總體非常失望！ 首先來這邊出差過幾次，好多朋友都推薦誠大，各種原因，一直沒住，經常住的是開元。這次是因為開元滿了，心想那就體驗下。 晚上辦理入住時前台態度非常好，很滿意。上樓時跟小姐姐再三確認早餐時間是到上午十點。 到房間，房卡環境設施都不錯，滿意。 早上一個電話會議忙到九點下樓吃早餐。 第一個事找位置，當天是週日早上九點多，餐桌一半被人佔滿，另一半被杯盤狼藉坐滿，一半的桌上都是吃剩的，沒有人在收拾，好不容易在最裡麪的角落裡找到了一張空桌子坐下。 第二個事吃早餐，説實話早餐品類非常少。這種情況我就喝粥，看看所有的衹剩了白粥，那就喝點吧，然後看到配粥的小菜都沒啥了，心想算了，不喝粥了，讓阿姨下點麪條吧。去問阿姨下麪條，阿姨説麪沒了，你來的太晚了。我看下時間九點半不到，我説你們早餐到幾點，她説到十點，但是你來的太晚了。我無語。就找了盤子裏剩下的炒麪吃，吃了一會渴了，去找飲料，橙汁是透明桶裏，明顯看到已經沒了，就去旁邊陶瓷桶裏倒豆漿，倒了一滴出來。我就把杯子放在旁邊，渴着把炒麪吃完了。回到樓上去叫了外賣。 酒店週六晚上有多少人入住，餐廳根本沒有準備這麼多人的早餐，餐廳這樣的態度和服務明顯是要讓部分客人餓肚子的架勢。本人國內外住了快十年的酒店，好的差的都體驗過。實在提供不了早餐那就別提供，別收早餐費。451元住了這樣一個酒店。。。 週日住的三百多的温州的温度源，晚上一入住就提供免費冰淇淋，早上因為工作原因，九點四十五到的餐廳。包括十點過來吃早餐的人，吃到的都是非常豐富的早餐。 一個酒店有沒有認真做，有沒有真誠做，體現在每一個小細節裏。一碗粥，一碗麪條，一杯飲料，包括阿姨的一個回懟式回答，都體現了誠大存在嚴重的管理問題。
