This is my favorite hotel! I stay here for the 3rd time. I really like the interior. Soft bed, comfortable pillows, smart toilet, room decorated in beautiful colors. I recommend booking this hotel. I really want to come back again!

西岸酒店也非常好，在龍井這個小地方就算是不錯的了，房間乾淨衞生，住着舒適，早晨的自助餐也非常好，能夠吃得很飽。 可惜房間內的照片忘拍了 ，樓下就是服務大樓冷麪，非常好吃。 設施： 智能酒店， 非常完備 衞生：乾淨整潔，無異味兒。

真的是沒見過這麼不會辦事沒有服務的酒店經理，訂的原房間沒有房了為什麼平台還掛着房間？沒有房你給換個房間是不是得和客人提前溝通？換房間是不是也得是正常的房間，缺個床單被罩的床像沒打掃完的是幾個意思？老顧客就這麼安排，問經理怎麼回事又高考又沒房型的各種藉口沒有任何的抱歉，你們酒店就這服務嗎？説給換個房間早幹啥了還跟我挺橫的你們這酒店經理可太有出息了我還不能生氣了
