Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel

Really great! The stay included hot spring tickets and breakfast. There were so many hot spring pools, we couldn't even try them all, and they were quite clean. The stir-fried dishes were generous in portion and delicious. On the second floor, there was a book bar, a Korean-style sauna (hanjeungmak), and performances. The front desk service was excellent, and the whole experience was very beautiful. The breakfast selection was also very rich. It was a lot of fun, we'll definitely come again next time.

The room was very comfortable, and it offered great value for money during the off-season. The restaurant's prices weren't much higher than outside, and both the hotpot from the group purchase and the à la carte millet and sea cucumber dish were delicious. You can use the hot springs as much as you like during your stay; they're high quality and very relaxing. There's also fish therapy available for an extra charge. The only thing is there were quite a few foreigners.

Before coming, I was worried the hot spring might just be boiler water, but after a soak, those concerns vanished. It really felt like a genuine hot spring – I left feeling completely refreshed! There are plenty of pools, both indoor and outdoor, so there’s something for everyone. I absolutely have to praise the service! The staff were so warm and cheerful; it was a real pleasure to interact with them. They were efficient and prompt in handling requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. However, I do have a few minor suggestions. When I first checked in, the initial room smelled strongly of smoke and the phone wasn't working. After some coordination, I was able to switch rooms. I hope the hotel can improve its smoke odor removal in rooms, or perhaps clearly designate non-smoking areas to enhance the guest experience. Also, some of the facilities are a bit dated, and the wardrobe height was inconvenient, making it a bit difficult to retrieve clothes. Overall, I still highly recommend this place and hope the hotel can fine-tune these details!

The environment is great, and the room was very clean.

Not bad, mainly because they have a laundry room. It was really convenient to be able to wash clothes for my family of four, especially since we were traveling for so many days and wouldn't have had anywhere else to do laundry.
