一開始客服發定位來，我們都到了才説發錯了。後面新發了房號，我們再次趕到，才發現客服又把發房號的消息撤回了！打電話過去才説那你們就住那吧！我還在排房！ 進去檢查，所有玻璃門的鎖都是壞的！有個門對着後院，外面就是馬路，衹隔了一個綠化帶。説要**沒有，打電話的時候還説在排房呢🙂 我説在去哪兒網這兑換了升級房服務，讓我找這的客服🙂 如果同行的不是有幾個大男人，我帶着孩子肯定不敢住這，大過年的體驗感真不好。

在網上看着不錯，沒想到入住後竟然比我預想的還要好。別墅裝修時尚豪華，管家式的服務很貼心，私人空間大，設施設備全，真心不錯，是很完美的一次出遊入住體驗。

本來給的是23樓，當天卻給了12樓，説是業主回來了。這樣不好！
停車費太貴了，一次一天16元停車，玩文字遊戲，多次外出停車收費費無上限！
