Have more compassion for your guest.Learn how to interact with your guest when discrepancy occurs. Learn how to communicate effectively with your guest. But overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Do not allow alcohol in the pool and even less glass, there were many drunk people and dogs without leashes in the hallways, one of them almost bit me, they were loose and running throughout the hotel

Great place to travel with dogs. Staff genuinely enjoys having them around! There's lots of grass around the building and it's a short walk/drive to the Willow Creek "Barn Park." The only problem we had was the mislabeling of this hotel as "Firestone-Longmont." We thought we were booking Firestone and ended up in Longmont. Plus, when we called Longmont, they had no record of our reservation. ******* fixed it quickly, but it's still disconcerting.

We stayed here for the second year in a row and had a fantastic time. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a great pool/slide area. Great stay option for families.

All new staff was nice but way over worked. Breakfast worker was very nice and was trying very hard to make pancake machine work. Unfortunately she couldn’t. I think it needs to be replaced. Kid pool had no water which was probably a good thing because the pool had WAY too much chlorine in it. Couldn’t stay in pool very long it burned the eyes and lungs. Lots of people complained about it. I was told it’s handled by a computer and they couldn’t do anything about it even though they know it’s to much. Someone’s car got broken in to hotel staff said they don’t have parking lot cameras. Side doors that are supposed to locked were still unlocked at 11:30 pm.
I think the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. They try and help and they understand but there’s nothing they can do.
I know we won’t be staying here again. Hopefully it didn’t ruin it for us staying at any holiday inn in the future.

Nice area. Horrible hotel. They have older residents actually living at the same hotel which leaves an awful smell on the hallways. Even after switching rooms the tub had huge brown stain. Not recommended
