Nice and clean. Easy access from the motor way and charging for electric car outside. Absolutely worth the money.

One of the worst hotels I've had the misfortune to stay at. Dirty, dilapidated and not particularly friendly. The first room we were given had a flooded floor due to leaking air con. The second was in disrepair, and the air con barely worked and made a huge noise every ten minutes. The breakfast area was dirty as we're many of the plates and trays. Mismatched cutlery and poor quality food.

Cheap and very Nasty - Kiriad at Longvic The drain from the bedroom 3 basin was blocked We had unpacked and had to move to another room All plastic coated mdf floor-boards were fraying at their edges In the public WC there were no hand towels or dryer - just an empty box of tissues and a lavatory roll In room 5 I lay down to rest and found that the corner of one pillow smelt of vomit - i turned it and found a clean side We eat Bavette de boef - it had needed 4 hours of slow cooking - chewing made no difference to its toughness. I cut it into very small pieces and got it down We ordered Mercure wine which arrived with filthy glasses. We complained and were told that it was the dishwasher. We received new glasses marginally cleaner but still smeary and looking dirty. We had asked for a jug of water; it did not come and had to be asked for twice more; it arrived during the second course. In the bedroom there were small bottles of water. When in the middle of the night you drank from them they crackled so noisily that my wife woke. The cardboard cups provided had been used earlier for tea. The free WIFI Kiriad Chambres did not work at all ever. We followed the instructions found. It showing as being connected but did not function. In the bathroom i noticed that the shelf was ended with piece of iron that had become detached - looking nasty. The bedroom lights were controlled from only one bedside and not the other. The other had get up in the dark and blunder to find the switch beside the entrance door. Then the all main lights came on and enabled the bathroom to be found. With the widow open the noise of railway and Autoroute was constant all night long. Water used in rooms nearby is always heard used and when draining Every door - of the room and Nearby - squeeks = need oiling A horrid time - previously in troyes many times happy

Excellent hotel throughout. Modern clean rooms. Excellent reception and bar and restaurant facilities. Free and secure car parking added to the experience as did the strong and free WiFi. Could not fault anything at this hotel. Would recommend.

Stayed the night whist Tesla was charging on a long trip through france. No Lift. very basic, rooms are very small. But bed is comfortable, rooms have aircon which is a plus at this price point.... its two / three star at best.... Its a two star the french call it three star. old and tired hotel, but its beds are very comfortable. its a a couple of minutes of the motorway. Woud I stay again.... yes I would.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Perfect half way stop off from north to south (or vice versa). Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed simple but super comfy. Great breakfast. Local beer to sample in the small bar. Hard to find the right road - the access isn’t finished and sat-nav routing puts you down a construction road. Perfect for Tesla Superchargers if you need that kind of thing.
