地方好找，在路邊一整棟樓，離高鐵站比較近，周邊吃的比較少，一般都是衹能叫外賣。住縣城裡比較方便。這家可以3公里以內接送站，提前預約就行。床墊特比較硬，隔音也不太好，關上窗户住在高樓層聽了一晚上外面車的聲音。房間燈具開關不上的話，需要重新插拔點卡。洗澡水開關冷熱和水量是一起的，不是很好調節，水壓倒是十分充足。晚上會送粥，早餐有自助，服務還不錯。

訂了兩間，一間大床房一間標雙，剛下單沒多久就有電話來確認要不要到高鐵站接，不過我們是自駕的，就不需要了，但是服務感受很好，好評！前台接待態度很親切，早餐種類豐富，晚上還有宵夜粥提供，好評！房間乾淨整潔，雖然旁邊有動車經過，但是隔音很好很安靜，可以説是旅遊這幾天以來睡得最舒服的一晚了，好評！

酒店服務態度是極好，注意不是好而已，是極好。免費送動車站，我是不需要的，但是能感受到極熱情的服務。每天晚上9點半都有免費提供粥，我是不太習慣晚上吃東西的，但前台美女每天都問我，我也嚐了一下八寶粥，料足不敷衍，着實感到意外～總之這次住呢，從一天續到了4天，很滿意，好評是必須要給的，很久沒有這麼主動要給一個酒店寫評價，這家是其中之一，還會再來～

前台小姐姐主動升級了房間，酒店位置距離動車站很近，預訂後主動打電話聯繫是否要接送站，衞生尚可，早餐尚可，因入住期間不小心出了點狀況，求助前台，前台小姐姐還是積極主動解決，小哥態度粗暴，也許自己溝通也有點問題吧，但酒店作為服務行業，會面對各種情況，應配合客人解決問題，解決不了，能力以外解決不了客人也會理解的

入住柏納酒店是個意外的驚喜！高鐵即將到達龍巖站，我仍在猶豫選擇哪一家酒店入住，對比遊客點評，柏納酒店很棒且有接送站，即與前台聯繫，很熱情負責，十幾分鍾後，我們到站，酒店接我們的小車也到了。酒店設施一應俱全、乾淨衞生，滿意。大堂還設有零星用品免費提供，書籍報刊供閲讀。尤其是夜間還有免費點心送到房間，此為全國廉價酒店聞所未聞之服務。
