Traveling solo to Longyearbyen, staying in a historic coal miner's cabin was a fantastic experience. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, and having a communal laundry room was very convenient and comfortable.

An absolutely fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even assisting us with booking our tours. The ambiance truly felt like a dream Arctic escape, which made us so happy. We even got to enjoy the world's northernmost Shin Ramyun here, lol!

Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were commendable, contributing positively to my stay. However, I did notice that accessing different rooms required navigating through separate building, which felt quite distant at times. Nonetheless, the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and enjoyable.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, with a functional kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals and a good breakfast that has everything you need to start the day. The hotel is in a peaceful, quiet area about 30 minutes’ walk from the city center, right next to nature. Its location is perfect if you want to step outside at night and enjoy the darkness to see the aurora.

Our room was quite spacious. Although it featured shared bathrooms, our floor conveniently had four, and they were all impeccably maintained by guests. A laundry room and a kitchen are also available on-site. The property itself is spread across multiple buildings. Breakfast was excellent! While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, the journey there offers some lovely scenic views.

Excellent value for money accommodation, breakfast included, highly recommended. Filtered water and luggage storage are provided. Although it's a bit far from the city center, transportation is included for all activities, so it's not a big issue. Overall, a very good experience.

The guest rooms are divided into several buildings. Since they were in separate buildings, I wore warm winter clothes when I needed to go to the reception building for meals or other reasons. As a result, the separate buildings were only occupied by guests and kept quiet. Also, since they were far from the city center, there were no other people around. Each building had a shared shower, toilet, refrigerator, kitchen, and kettle. There were no TVs, but the Wi-Fi was strong and not an issue. Breakfast was a buffet, and the quality and quantity of food was more than enough.
