Reviews of Residence Inn Palo Alto Los Altos

Great value for the price. The kitchen was clean, and the room was spacious enough. The location is excellent. The only downside was the noise from the air conditioning unit, which was right behind the door at the foot of the bed... it was really loud.

Stayed for three nights, but housekeeping only came once. The outdoor air conditioning unit was incredibly loud, so I had to turn it off. Luckily, San Francisco is cool. I won't even bother commenting on the breakfast; it was just bland. The only upside was its proximity to Stanford.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was fully equipped and very comfortable. It was a great experience to get a taste of the Silicon Valley lifestyle and environment.

The hotel is great and conveniently located for getting around!

The room was clean and the service was good.

The room was very spacious. Comfortable bed. Underground parking. Good breakfast. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel environment is quite nice, and there are many amenities nearby. There are three supermarkets of different sizes, with Walmart being the largest. There are also many restaurants nearby, including steakhouses, seafood restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants, and Indian restaurants.

The breakfast is good and the hotel is big. But the air conditioner is noisy.

A very pleasant hotel in all respects. Convenient location, many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly staff. I can't say anything about the food, as we had breakfast in the room, despite the fact that breakfasts were paid for.

Although the room is a bit old, it is clean. The bed linen and hygiene are cleaned every other day. Although this is the requirement, if you tell the front desk that you need to change the bed linen, they will come to serve. Not bad.

The room was ok, but ******'s service was very bad, which is a common phenomenon, they didn't know anything when asked.
