Everything very good. Staff excellent, espécialo y Sonia in the restaurant. She was very professional and cheerful and friendly.

Overall excellent, great staff, very good restaurant.

The room itself was okay, but the service desk staff appeared untrained and unprofessional. They were unaware of basic policies and procedures. Even more concerning, there were instances that suggested racial bias, which made the experience uncomfortable and unacceptable. I expect a prompt review of staff training and conduct, especially regarding inclusivity and customer service standards.

We stayed one night. Staff were really nice and helpful. Just next to the only shopping mall in town. Neighborhood was ok, but not much to do or see around

This place is a Dump. It’s dirty , the heat won’t work , the phones in the room don’t work. The front desk has a couple of Dudes who deflect,deny and disengage. Bar staff were great. The place is really filthy. Don’t stay here. They also spin BS like a pro. The front desk Dude will tell you he’ll send an “ Engineer “ to correct the thermostat in your room But no it’s a lie. You need to turn off your thermostat in your room and this “ Engineer “ will crank up the heat for the whole floor…even then he doesn’t. You just struggle through. Bring flip flops for the carpet in the room. Your feet will tu red n a big brown otherwise.

This was a stop off for us on route to the Lake District of Chili. We were pleasantly surprised reception staff delightful with thankfully really good English. The restaurant manager exceptionally helpful and we had a lovely dinner of salmon and tuna cooked beautifully. The bedroom need a little TLC but decent size and clean.
