we stayed here for three nights. NOT ONCE did they make the bed, refresh the towels or empty the trash. then on the 2nd night and 3rd morning they ran out of teabags! How does a hotel that provides a free breakfast and 24 hr coffee run out of tea bags? inexcusable.

This hotel in northern Los Angeles is quite new. It's a good option if you're driving south from Fresno after leaving Sequoia National Park. It's also not far from Universal Studios and is highly recommended.

Hi just wanted to say the best experience any hotel stay for me the staff RACHEL and ANGEL was the best ever i didn’t get the other staff name that worked that Saturday evening beautiful girl but those 3 needs recognition all across the board I had my daughter graduating from CSUN and it was beautiful EVERYTHING so yes I would recommend and definitely stay again and again ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Hotel is very nice. The rooms very nice. When we were sleeping we were woken up at 1130 pm. The room next to us had there TV blasting. Going in and out of there room slamming the door. Talking loudly. Called the Front Desk 3 times no answer. This went on until 3am. Had to get up at 6am. Worse night spent in a 260 a night Hotel!

There was not a drop of shampoo in the dispenser as I took a shower. After my shower, I called the front desk to notify them, I was told that a shampoo bottle would be brought up; I never received one.

We thought it was a good, basic hotel and a convenient location if you have a student at CSUN. It is across the street from Whole Foods, restaurants, CVS, Starbucks etc. so anything you might need is nearby. It's not fancy, but definitely clean, brand new, well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
