the room is spacious, but there were 2 blueberries on the chair in the room...

The room was great and comfortable. However, bottled water was limited to only two bottles per room, even though the room was for four guests. We experienced a security issue when someone unexpectedly entered our room at around 10:30 pm. Fortunately, I was still awake. This happened on our last night, and we informed the manager, but it did raise concerns about hotel security. Guests should also be prepared for the taxes, which can be quite high (approximately USD 170–200). On the positive side, the location is excellent, very close to the metro and very convenient. The complimentary chocolate drinks on Christmas Eve were a nice touch.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Lakers' home stadium, the Crypto.com Arena. Just be aware when you go out at night; there are still homeless people a few blocks away, so stay vigilant after dark.

The breakfast was terrible, with very few options. There were only about 10 items in total, including fruit, bread, eggs, and sausages. It's far worse than budget hotels like Vienna Hotel or Hanting Hotel in China. There wasn't even hot water to make tea. It's really more comfortable back home in China.

Near the subway station so super convenient if you are not renting a car. Area around has a few homeless folks but they mostly leave you alone.

The room is clean and nice, it is in downtown LA so it was easy to access all the attractions.

Wish there was a market in walking distance. Bed was comfy and showet was awesom

Went with my mom, and the hotel service was absolutely wonderful. The room service food was delicious too! The front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly patient. If you're staying downtown, it's really important to choose a good hotel for better security. Plus, there's a subway station nearby which is very convenient.

Loved the stay here in DTLA. Facilities were fantastic. Staff were friendly and walking distances to wherever we wanted to go. Metro is right below the hotel. Highly enjoyed our time here

The location is fantastic! There's a subway station right downstairs, which is a transfer hub for four different lines, basically covering all directions in Los Angeles. Plus, there's a great restaurant downstairs with a good selection of Western food and amazing cocktails 🍸.

They forced spend 15USD per day.. you need to pay it even you don't want to spend.. WIFI is slow like a snail, unless you pay for an upgrade.. didnt even replying to email, even you send it multiple times..

The room was clean, breakfast was plentiful, the location was easy to find, and there's a shuttle service. I'll definitely book again.

The location is very good, located just above Metro Station. The hotel gave us a simple breakfast due to payment of the resort fee which is a plus. The room is pretty good and the staff are very courteous.

Not sure why they wouldn't do housekeeping even after I left a tip?
