The hotel is well-located and convenient. However, they do not offer complimentary water (instead charging $7 for a large bottle), the lamp in my room was literally taped together, and the breakfast was little more than a few boxes of cereal and some toast. If you're simply looking for a bed to sleep in, though, the hotel is perfectly adequate.

Great location, within walking distance to The Grove. There's a bus stop downstairs for the 14 line, which takes you to Target and Grove Center in just four stops. Bus lines 217 and 218 are also conveniently located one block away. There's an amazing Thai restaurant nearby, Joom Bankog cafe, which exceeded expectations with its great food and reasonable prices. The area feels safe. Hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient: bread, eggs, apples, coffee, milk, juice, tea, and a DIY waffle station. It's much more convenient than going out to find breakfast. Good value for money. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and what I really couldn't stand was the lack of USB ports and the incredibly loose electrical outlets.

It's a pretty standard hotel. The window AC unit is noisy when on, but it gets a bit warm if you turn it off. The room itself is quite narrow. They offer a simple Western breakfast, and there's a waffle maker so you can make your own.

Close to the Grove, really convenient to get around. There is also an Erewhon around the corner.

Room is the same as photos. Great location and limited free parking is available.

For the price, and if you are just looking for a bed to sleep on, this place is BOMB. Super convenient location. Next to the grove for shopping and dining, a trader joes, whole foods, CVS, erewhon all nearby walking distance. Heaps of bus stops around. Also very close to lots of iconic LA museums. There was free breakfast included but i did not ever go as i don’t eat breakfast. Guy at front desk was very nice and helpful, asked if i needed anything and was very friendly, recommending places to go to. Room itself also had fridge, microwave, ironing board all packed in the tiny space. Heating/AC also very strong. Housekeeping also nice, gave me a bunch of shampoo and conditioner bottles when I only asked for one of each. Would stay here again.

Excellent location. Close to Farmers Market

Good location and convenient for sightseeing, but the room is too small for the price. The staff did not seem friendly - it was difficult to understand him because he spoke too fast, do a loud bang thing with not friendly face when I check-in at late night. Parking was also disappointing - although it’s said to be free, most spaces were taken by hotel staff (I saw this myself he took it from customers) despite the “Parking for customers” sign.

Not great, to be honest. The only good thing was the convenient parking; everything else was pretty disappointing.

The hotel left a pleasant impression. The room is small, clean, and comfortable for 1-2 nights, no more. Free parking is a big plus (that's actually why we booked it). There are limited spaces, especially if you arrive in the evening, and the entrance/exit is extremely narrow. Getting in was possible on the first try, but getting out was a challenge. If you're not a very experienced driver in a large car, it's best not to risk it, otherwise you'll either get frustrated or damage your car. There's a large shopping center nearby, and Melrose is within walking distance. Breakfast was included, but reception told us it was until 10 AM, and we arrived at 9:10 AM, and it was already closed. Tea and coffee are available in the room. A deposit is required.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Grove department store, and there's also a high-end supermarket nearby where you can stock up on daily necessities, though the prices are a bit high. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. The front desk staff were very helpful. We checked out at 11:00 AM and left our luggage at the hotel until our evening flight to the airport. A wonderful travel experience!

I stayed here for three days. If you have time, you can come and make pancakes. While the selection isn't extensive, it's decent. The location is excellent. Any problems are handled kindly or politely by the staff.

The hotel was very decent considering the price. The room wasn't very large, but it was comfortable and clean. You have to ask if you want your room cleaned. You can buy water, soda, chips, etc., but they're very expensive. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but there was yogurt, a waffle kit (which was good), bread, cereal (too sweet), fruit, hard-boiled eggs, etc. Overall, we were very happy with the value for money. One drawback: the underground parking is very small. You shouldn't rent a very large car, as the exit is very narrow and there are only a few spaces (about 10). There are 3-4 spaces behind the hotel.

The advantage lies in the convenience of having parking and the location, making it easy to go anywhere. Breakfast should be eaten early, with eggs, milk, and waffles being the standard.
