The only complaint is on front desk services that does not meet 4 stars hotel expectations, the person in charge that day was totally unfriendly not just us but the others when checking in. The other day we witness a lady who seems missed the shuttle bus service in the morning and in panic of requesting the front desk help, but she basically got ignored and the front desk said you could wait another 20mins for next bus, while I do understand the policies, however, this could be done in better way of ask if the lady willings to pay for the taxi services or other transports offered. Hope LAX Hilton will do better next time.

I stayed at this hotel during two layovers on my business trip. Overall, the transportation is quite convenient, the service is good, and the breakfast is decent. Just remember, when you're taking the shuttle bus from the airport, make sure to specify that you're going to *this* Hilton Garden Inn, as there are two near LAX. Don't get them confused!

I think it's great. It's close to the airport and the car rental center, and there's a shuttle bus available. Plus, there's a McDonald's and a gas station nearby. I stayed for five nights, heading out early and coming back late, and it felt very good. One time I forgot my room card when I went out, and when I returned, I just explained it at the front desk and they immediately issued me a new one. The service was excellent, and they always greeted me warmly whether I was leaving early or coming back late. It was really good.

The room is big and nice, we got 2 queen beds. Cleanliness is generally good, but we found hair in the towels. Water pressure is a bit low. There's a water dispenser in the gym so it was nice. It's also right beside a McDonald's, Starbucks, and Subway that are open 24/7.
