Disappointed that there was no refrigerator in the room. The lobby said I had to pay $20 an hour to get a refrigerator.

We booked the hotel so that we could visit the UCLA campus since our son will be attending in the fall. The location was perfect. It was right in the middle of campus and right by the student store where we bought way too much paraphernalia😊 The staff was very informative. The room was clean. The free morning coffee and newspaper were a great way to start the mornings. Overall, we would definitely book this hotel again when we visit our son next time.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but I have to do it this time. As mentioned in my previous review, this is one of the best hotels in Los Angeles. However, you need to pay close attention to your credit card that you provide to this hotel. Today before I checked out, I found that they charged $173.25 on my credit card. That’s on top of the $250 incidental deposit that they charged on my credit card already. They admitted the mistake and issued a refund without explaining why they made that mistake. If I didn’t check my credit card account this morning, I am pretty sure I will never be able to catch it after checking out. What a joke. I decided not to extend for another night and are looking for another hotel to stay now.
